Abstract
One of the easy and restrained words in public law is the word "justice". This condition is referred to as being "justice" in the case of the head of the judiciary. It seems to examining the literal and customary meaning of the word be able to help understand the legal meaning of the term and thus understand the meaning of the term. Understanding this importance, the present paper seeks to explore the meaning of justice.So in answer to the question that: In the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, what is the condition of a "just" to head of the judiciary?Using the Research Method: The descriptive-analytical approach the following is the conclusion: First, law do not have the primary capacity to meaning and Meaningfulness the word justice.Secondly, to understand the legal meaning of this word one has to go to the literal and customary meaning of the word and by claiming this capacity, he explained the legal meaning of the word. Thirdly, given the literal and customary capacity of the term, the most important semantic aspects of the word lie in the concepts of fairness, equality, equilibrium, moderation and rejection of oppression. Accordingly, the head of the judiciary should, as the function of the head of the judiciary, implement these concepts in practice.
