Abstract
Islamic Consultative assembly is the only authority of legislation in Iran Islamic republic governmental system. The constitution is obliged the authority to enactment the regular laws which is called Islamic consultative assembly so it is only Islamic consultative assembly that has the exclusive right of laws’ enactments, but with these authorities, this assembly is limited in to rules which is determined by law and this assembly can not bestow the legislation to an individual or a board. With these descriptions there are some exceptions that according to the constitutional law, other authorities except of Islamic consultative assembly in some cases will enact laws.
