Abstract
Freedom, from past to present has been a controversial topic. Therefore, in the contemporary period, and among all nations has a special worth place. Freedom, means that a person could choose a work or to do it, without Conflict with any problem. Freedom of opinion and conscience including freedom of the individual. Freedom is the most important discussions of individual rights Belief and contains every thing to which a person believes or it is continuous. Freedom of opinion, means Belief human freedom in choosing and lack of compulsion and hurt or abandon a Belief in acceptance. freedom of opinion, refers to the Lack of compulsion and persecution Belief . Opinion and belief more extensive of the word religion. The word religion and Belief in many international instruments, have been together.
