Abstract
Literature is represent of the life and an social truth that beside poems imaginations would reflect some of current science in our time such as sociology, psychology, medical and finally human rights and social and personal benefits of citizens.
In Nasim-E- Shomal as an important text in constitution period, some of notions and items of human rights has been shown. In this article some of those items in the poetries of that famous poem.
According the age of poem and some ravages originated of ineffectiveness of Ghaajar Empire and some disabilities of prominent modern government, despite some economic, social and cultural developments, the poem view to that development in the light of items and standards of human rights is negative. This view may increase our information about the real situation of human rights in those years.
