The Necessity of Access to Knowledge in the Realization of Human Rights

Abstract
Today Knowledge covers all over actions and aspects of human life. It makes our age different from agricultural and industrial ages. However human’s  life had been in company with knowledge but these days knowledge  becomes more important than yesterday in business, economic and ensuring human’s needs.
In This age Human confronting whit many problems that are special for him/her and they’ve never been in past, for example climate changes, drought, incurable disease and shortage of energy, while our life is depended to it. Just knowledge can solve these problems, give answer tothem, ensure human life and help to his/her survival. Knowledge should be common and share because it is necessary for knowledge development and achieving to new answers for new problems. States need to knowledge for fulfill their human rights obligations. Knowledge monopoly by public or private entity is an obstacle for human rights ensuring. Therefor knowledge monopoly resulting in human rights violation.
