The African Union criminalized the prohibition of regime change contrary to the constitution. In order to maximize the effectiveness of the rules set out in this regard, the African Union will use all its existing regional capacities to prevent a change of government against the constitution. The African Union's Peace and Security Council is the guarantor of implementing the rules set out to prevent the change of government unconstitutional. The African Union's Peace and Security Council has been adopted by the coup d'etat of Africa, which has led to a change of government against the constitution. This study reviews and analyzes the issue of changing governments contrary to the constitution within the framework of the African Union. بی­ثباتی سیاسی بیش از حد در اثر کودتا در برخی از کشورهای آفریقایی سبب شد تا اتحادیه آفریقایی مقرراتی را به منظور جلوگیری از تغییر حکومت­ها تدوین کند. اتحادیه آفریقایی علاوه بر ممنوعیت تغییر حکومت بر خلاف قانون اساسی اقدام به جرم انگاری آن اعمال کرد. برای کارآمدی هر چه بیشتر مقررات وضع شده در این خصوص، اتحادیه آفریقایی از تمام ظرفیت­های موجود منطقه­ای خود استفاده می­کند تا از تغییر حکومت­ها بر خلاف قانون اساسی جلوگیری نماید. شورای صلح و امنیت اتحادیه آفریقایی ضامن اجرای مقررات وضع شده جهت جلوگیری از تغییر حکومت­ها بر خلاف قانون اساسی است. این مرجع به کرات با کودتاهای آفریقا که موجب تغییر حکومت­ها بر خلاف قانون اساسی شده مقابله و تدابیری را هم برای آنها اتخاذ کرده است. این تحقیق به بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل موضوع تغییر حکومت­ها بر خلاف قانون اساسی در چارچوب اتحادیه آفریقایی می­پردازد. https://www.asasimag.ir/article_95256_28d85a75ab4d8969b73a01004ec7f40e.pdf
