Such a development has affected all international topics including “ Security” concept. There is a relative universal consensus on definition of Human Security includes the protection of the vital cores of human life from common treats while  stands in consistent with the perfection and lasting prosperity of human beings. This article while presenting the John Rawls Theory of Justice as well as Human Security Doctrine, with a descriptive – analytic approach shows how human security would be protected in the light of distributive justice theory. In other words, it describes how the theory  makes the philosophy frameworks for human rights doctrine such as human security in such a way that international community would be able to agree upon it for promoting , peace, security and justice تحولات حقوق بین الملل پس از جنگ جهانی دوم و تشکیل سازمان ملل به­ویژه پس از صدور اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، نشان از تغییر پارادایم حاکم بر نظام بین الملل از دولت محوری به بشر محوری دارد. تغییری که در همه زمینه ها از جمله مفهوم «امنیت» اثرگذار بوده است. در تعریف امنیت انسانی، اجماع نسبی بر سر تعریفی نسبتاً جامع از آن وجود دارد که شامل حراست از هسته حیاتی همه افراد بشر در مقابل تهدیدات شایع، سازگار با کمال و شکوفایی بلندمدت انسانها می‌باشد. مقاله حاضر ضمن تبیین مفهوم امنیت انسانی و تئوری عدالت جان رالز با رویکردی توصیفی- تحلیلی نشان می­دهد که چگونه امنیت انسانی به­عنوان رویکردی جدید به مقوله امنیت، در پرتو نظریه عدالت جان رالز تامین خواهد شد. به­عبارت دیگر اینکه چگونه تئوری عدالت جان رالز می­تواند مبنای فلسفی لازم را برای دکترین­های حقوق بشری از جمله امنیت انسانی و در راستای تبیین مفهوم و جایگاه عدالت در عرصه بین المللی، فراهم آورد به­گونه­ای که به­طور معقولانه­ای مورد توافق همه دولت­ها قرار گیرد. https://www.asasimag.ir/article_95246_a9e59b70c78b7dc974b54af187d4383e.pdf
