Who is elected, from what party he is elected and what plans he has introduced in his election campaigns and based on what plans he has polled leave important effect on political, social and economic issues of the world. All of these sensitivities caused to draw attention to this complex process at time of American presidential elections and to start discussing how American citizens cast their vote for candidates of two important political parties of America. In this paper, American presidential elections system was studied by referring to library sources, Electoral College was explained in this process and the related questions were answered. One of these questions was how to establish the relationship between vote of any American citizen and election of American president and finally views of the opponents of this method were studied. </span> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'B Zar'; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: FA;" lang="FA" dir="RTL">یکی از مهم ترین و بحث برانگیزترین مسایل در دموکراسی های امروزی انتخابات ریاست جمهوری آمریکا است. زیرا این که چه کسی انتخاب می شود، از چه حزبی انتخاب می شود و چه برنامه هایی را در مبارزات انتخاباتی خود معرفی کرده و بر اساس آن رأی آورده است، تأثیر مهمی بر مسائل سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی جهان می گذارد. همه این حساسیت ها موجب شده است که در هنگام انتخابات ریاست جمهوری آمریکا، توجه ها بر روی این فرآیند پیچیده متمرکز شود و بحث چگونگی رأی دهی شهروندان آمریکایی به نامزدهای دو حزب سیاسی پر اهمیت آمریکا شروع شود. در این مقاله با مراجعه به منابع کتابخانه ای به بررسی نظام انتخاباتی ریاست جمهوری آمریکا پرداخته و به توضیح مجمع انتخاباتی در این فرآیند اشاره شد و در روشن نمودن نقاط تاریک آن همت گماشته شد. از جمله این نقاط می توان به چگونگی ارتباط برقرار کردن هر رأی شهروند آمریکایی با انتخاب شدن رییس جمهور آمریکا اشاره نمود و در نهایت به بررسی نظرات مخالفان این روش پرداخته شد.</span> https://www.asasimag.ir/article_104251_37210926cc08952a70b3c00d146364fd.pdf
