In this article some of those items in the poetries of that famous poem. According the age of poem and some ravages originated of ineffectiveness of Ghaajar Empire and some disabilities of prominent modern government, despite some economic, social and cultural developments, the poem view to that development in the light of items and standards of human rights is negative. This view may increase our information about the real situation of human rights in those years. ادبیات، نماینده زندگی و یک حقیقت اجتماعی است که گذشته از عواطف و تخیلات شعرا بازتابی از علوم رایج زمانه مانند جامعه شناسی، روان شناسی، طب، نجوم و از جمله حقوق بشر و مصالح فردی و اجتماعی افراد است. در اشعار شاعر برجسته عصر مشروطه - نسیم شمال- بسیاری از مفاهیم و مصداق­های حقوق بشری به طرز بارزی نمود یافته که در این پژوهش برخی از آن مصداق­ها در دیوان این شاعر برجسته، بررسی می­شود. با توجه به زمانه­ زندگانی شاعر و برخی نابسامانی­های ناشی از ناکارآمدی سلطنت قاجاریه و ناتوانی نسبی دولت مدرن روی کارآمده-با وجود برخی پیشرفت­های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی- نگاه شاعر به مجموع تحولات یاد شده از منظر موازین و مصادیق حقوق بشری، مثبت نیست. https://www.asasimag.ir/article_100919_aa8d08571075d235791235138b9b78c6.pdf
